Job Title: Regional Sales Representative Position Type: Full-time, permanent Location: Remote Salary Range / Rate (Currency): $55,000-$80,000/yr base + commission Job ID#: #137200 Job Summary (Responsibilities and Requirements): We are looking for a candidate who has a basic knowledge of biology or chemistry , a desire to be successful, enthusiastic, and has the ability to learn. The ability to communicate with a customer on a technical level is a necessary starting point that needs to be sharpened on a continuous basis. Enthusiasm and a desire to meet new customers and please the customer are traits that our successful reps share. This position will require regular field trips to visit customers. Responsibilities: Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation techniques. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products or services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and to provide personalized solutions. Negotiate sales contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are favorable for both the company and the client. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in biology or chemical or Life Science related major (We will consider new graduates). Ideally 2 years of sales experience Desire to establish a long-term career. Ability to establish rapport with a wide variety of people. Ability to analyze sales data and present informative sales reports.
