What Will You Be Doing Shaping and executing the Technical Marine Procurement strategy in collaboration with the Head of Procurement. Providing support to the fleet of vessels and technical teams. Leading, coordinating, and coaching the team to achieve operational and financial metrics. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate performance and delivery. Setting and driving key performance indicators for cost optimization and continuous improvement. Managing the annual Technical Procurement budget and forecasts. Are You the Ideal Candidate 10+ years of extensive experience in Marine Procurement at a regional/global level. Proven track record of delivering effective and commercially beneficial outcomes. Demonstrated experience in negotiation with global suppliers and vendors. Strong market awareness and understanding of maritime supply chain components, regulations, and market conditions.
