We’re talking about a person who can... • Work seamlessly alongside the visionary • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Help grow the company into places we’ve only dreamed• Produce high-level results and promote massive success• Facilitate an environment and culture of excellence• Be decisive and provide extreme accountability • And a whole lot more. You need to be truly adept at connecting with decision-makers of every type.You need a monster-impressive history of success in leading an elite business and a very high-producing team. (Doesn't have to be both, could be either or.)You Must be making a minimum of a six-figure income a year doing what you're doing now at your current job (and be able to prove it!)You Must want to make a Minimum of $150,000 a year going forward (with us)You must have at least 5 great and appropriate references I can check.You must be exceptionally resourceful and exceedingly self-motivated; because I’m not going to tell you or show you what to do – you have to have it in you, though I’ll guide you immensely and pay to help you obtain a high level of sophisticated coaching and training to allow you to operate at a pro level.So I’m offering to write a check every month to someone who is Committed to this role, our team, and our mission.
