Are you ready to suit up? As a tactical security professional in the retail industry, you will make a positive impact on the shopping experience of the establishment's customers. This will be through exuding a high level of customer service whilst growing your experience in the security space. What's in it for you? •$23 per hour •full time •day shift 1000 - 2200 continental rotations •Paid on the job training •Garda World Uniform provided at no cost What does a Security Guard in the Peel do? Ensure the protection of people, assets, and property Monitor access of entryways and exit points Conduct preventive surveillance rounds Point of contact with authorities and emergency services Interacting with customers and staff, and performing shop theft deterrence duties Be able to demonstrate crisis management at a high level Monitoring and utilizing CCTV equipment as needed Assisting staff in the event of an emergency situation Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Peel Region •Valid Ontario Security Guard license •Current CPR-C standard certificate as issued by a WSIB-recognized provider •1-year tactical guard experience •Legally eligible to work in Canada •Available and willing to work continental, rotating shifts, including weekends SSTOR.
