Finance Associate for International Marina Group I, LP d/b/a Safe Harbor Marinas LLC in Dallas, TX to gather, interpret & use complex data to dvlp steps to improve processes & optimize results; deliver analysis to stakeholders. Build fin. models for acquisitions & capital market events; maintain internal databases. Lead dvlpmt & mngmt of proj for acquisitions, fin. & oper. teams. Perform financial analysis, due-diligence & asset mngmt on future acquisitions. Lead annual budgeting process. Must have a Bachelor's degree or frgn equiv in fin. acct, bus mngmt, econ. or rltd field & 24 mo. of exp. in the job ofrd or rltd occu. Work exp. should incl. 1) collecting, organizing & analyzing large volumes of fin. & oper data, precisely & accurately; 2) use MS Excel, & PP for bus. & fin. data analysis; 3) prep. fin models, forecasts & risk/benefit analysis of proposed capital expend.; 4) perform due diligence to assess fin., legal & oper. performance of prospective acquisitions; 5) knowledge of REIT & SOX rules & reporting; 6) willing & eligible to pursue either CPA licensure or CFA charter after hire.
