Key Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and efficient operation of all facilities under management. Develop and implement comprehensive facility management policies and procedures. Manage and coordinate facility projects, renovations, and upgrades. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental policies.
