Here are some key responsibilities of the role: Provide friendly and knowledgeable front-line support for all general HR inquiries, either received via phone, email, or fax Research issues, provide answers, action where necessary, and document work performed HR administration and data processing activities that are not completed through Manager and Employee Self Service functionality Support HR processes related to onboarding, benefits administration, terminations, etc. What you’ll need To begin your career with us, you’ll have: Minimum - College Diploma preferably in Human Resources 1 – 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment Written and verbal bilingual fluency in English and French is required Knowledge of Payroll and HR department procedures and processes (benefits, Retirement Savings Plans, compensation, learning and development, statutory holidays, overtime, taxes, and vacation) Knowledge of the employment related legislation in all provinces Posting details Application closing date: March 19, 2024 Internal TJX Associates: please review this opportunity with your direct supervisor or manager prior to submitting an application.
