This role will primarily focus on orchestrating the human aspects of change, particularly related to the implementation of significant enterprise-wide strategic technology investments. The Change Management Lead will play a crucial role in guiding the transition from the current state to the future state, emphasizing enhanced associate and customer engagement to realize sustained business outcomes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities for large multi-departmental initiatives, balanced with change maturity level. * Drive the establishment of a scalable change management practice across project initiatives, developing toolkits for consistent implementation. * Collaborate with Project Managers, Stakeholders, Training teams, and third-party vendors to integrate change management into project plans, aligning on logistical support, planned releases, and operational readiness. Provide balanced recommendations to facilitate key decisions, that would enable desired business outcomes. * Develop, execute and maintain records for project change management, including, but not limited to: * Conducting user impact assessments, feedback surveys, focus groups and facilitating retrospectives. * Establishing adoption metrics and other goals to allow measurement of change success. * Identify potential risks and resistance to change, devising strategies to address and mitigate them. * Designing and developing collateral, such as communications, presentations, talking points, FAQs, SharePoint pages, etc. * Communicate change updates clearly and as needed, through various channels. * Facilitate dialogue and change activities with Sponsors, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders that identify and help address obstacles, thereby ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and applications. * Support the design, development, delivery, and management of relevant training and communications for assigned projects and programs. * Serve as a consultant/resource to business partners and stakeholders at all levels, promoting awareness of change management best practices aligned to overall company strategy and market conditions. * Serve as a communications lead for the team and the Delivery Transformation Program.The hybrid work schedule is a full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm position, located at one our offices in the Greater Philadelphia region. Incumbent must physically reside in a WSFS office in the Greater Philadelphia region 4 days a week.Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field. * 5+ years of experience of relevant change management experience in navigating complex corporate projects. * Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. * Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to lead and influence others without direct authority. * Ability to proactively identify and manage risks related to change resistance. * Ability to convey complex situations to audiences of all levels and secure buy in and support from sponsors. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects through advance project management skills. * Must possess an aptitude for understanding and leveraging technology * Must be a team player, able to work with others effectively and collaboratively at all levels in the organization. * Ability to travel within the WSFS Bank footprint in the Greater Philadelphia region.WSFS Bank is inclusive and supportive of individual needs.
