Description:
Responsibilities/Qualification PM with solid experience on mixed use buildings Fully experience with DOB requirements and regulations 7-10 years of experience SST card required Must be able to travel to the job-site(s) as assigned. Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed. Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution. Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the job site. Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner. Track time and approve time cards for payroll. Prepare work schedule and must approve time off requested by workers. Manage construction schedule and activities Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolution. Communicate using the following tools: telephone, fax machine, written logs, email, computer, digital camera. Endurance and ability to visit entire job site, including stairs or other elevated structures. Monitoring job-site general health and safety. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs Strong leadership, team building, and management skills Salary Part-Time $40- $45 per hour Perfetto is an Equal Opportunity Employer PCC offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for training and advancement.
