Do you love to learn and are you committed to being part of a team that puts patients and not professional ego first? About Us: We are a fast-growing manual therapy clinic in Naples, FL. We are NOT your typical therapy practice, running from treatment room to treatment room. We schedule 1 hour with each patient giving us time to do manual therapy, rehab and strength training. We do this because we believe this is the model for true patient-centered care. The right candidate: Must have a desire to work with active adults Must have the desire to become one of the best athletic trainers Must LIVE our company core values Teach and learn daily Only great days People first, patient second New Grads are welcome! Preferred: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited athletic training program or equivalent degree Athletic Training Certification What You Can Expect from Us Relentless training in clinical skills and mentorship Relentless training in patient communication and interpersonal skills Competitive salary Opportunities for continued growth within the company Flexible schedule, with up to 1 month of PTO Extended hours during season with the option to take 1 month off in the summer OR 3-day work weeks during the summer To Apply: Please submit your resume and send an email with a short cover letter explaining why you think you would be suitable and what you are looking for in the role (i.e., how can we make/keep you happy in the role if you are successful?)
