Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel or restaurant. You will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain all areas inside and outside of Armature Works; including lawn areas, pier, restrooms, and dining areas- Ensure all trash bins are emptied and properly disposed of- Vacuum rugs, sweep, and mop floors as needed- Clean and sanitize all surfaces, including tables, chairs, and countertops- Assist with setting up and breaking down events and functions- Assist guests with any requests or inquiries in a professional and courteous manner- Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues to managementRequirements:- Previous experience in a similar role preferred- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and chemical usage- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededIf you are a hardworking and motivated individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment, we want to hear from you.
