*Please send Resume Therapy Hair Studio is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist/Customer Relations Specialist for our River Oaks location. This is an exciting opportunity for someone focused on working within the growing beauty industry. Applicants should be organized, reliable, outgoing, have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal and professional presentation and friendly demeanor. Position is responsible for running the front desk smoothly and ensuring a high level of customer service while dealing with clients in the check in and check out process. Knowledge of all Salon products and services is required. Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills are a must. Duties will include but are not limited to: Greeting all Salon Clients, Receiving Client Calls, Appointment Scheduling, Checking clients in and out, Assisting Clients in Product selection.
