Job Title: Bat Ecologist Salary: GBP25,000 : GBP40,000 Location: National We are looking for a bat: licenced Ecologist to join a medium: sized and specialist sustainability consultancy in Reading. The successful candidate may be based elsewhere but be willing to travel to mutiple sites across the UK, with an occasional visit to other offices as required. You will work alongside another ecologist on a national basis, leading on a range of surveys which could include Phase 1 Hab and extended Phase 1, PEA, Ec IA, Phase 2, HRA and EIA. You will be responsible for providing best advice and practice to clients and deliver projects on time and to an excellent standard. This is an excellent opportunity for a keen Ecologist who aspires to progress in their career. To be considered for the position you will need to have the following: L1 Class Bat Licence as a minimum Full driving licence and use of your own vehicle Project management experience Excellent understanding of wildlife and planning legislation Understanding of BNG metrics Interested in this or other roles in ecology consultancy?
