Customer Services Administrator Industry: Property Services Location: Ryde Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Days: Monday - Friday Duration: Temporary, immediate start, ongoing whilst recruiting permanently Duties: Providing administrative support to planned and responsive maintenance teams including; Taking and logging inbound calls, Handling customer enquiries and maintenance requests, raising work orders, Liaison with Trade Operatives booking and rescheduling appointments, diary management, Writing and replying to correspondence. Experience: Must have strong administrative and customer services experience, Must have a good level of computer literacy and be able to pick up new systems, Must have good initiative and be able to work well in a fast paced environment.
