The Role: As an Estate Agent, you will liaise with clients, conduct valuations, list properties, and close deals. Duties: Assist in achieving branch targets and winning new business. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Demonstrate natural sales ability, negotiation skills, and professionalism. Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in residential property sales. Strong sales track record and industry knowledge. Experience in valuations/listings within residential sales preferable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Full UK driving license required. Shift: Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm Saturday: 9am - 4:30pm Benefits: Competitive basic salary and high earning potential. Monthly bonuses and company holidays. 5-day work week with additional leave.
