Job Description A leading provider of natural gas distribution services is looking for a Senior Python Engineer for their Dallas, TX office. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain Python-based software solutions that drive efficiency, reliability, and innovation across our operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, and secure applications and services. From building RESTful APIs and web applications using frameworks like Django or Flask to optimizing data processing pipelines for real-time and batch data analysis, your expertise in Python programming will be critical in shaping the future of energy delivery. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to integrate third-party APIs and services, leverage cloud platforms and containerization technologies, and implement best practices in software development to ensure the quality and performance of our software products. Your passion for problem-solving, attention to detail, and commitment to writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code will be key drivers in driving continuous improvement and innovation within our organization.
