REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 years experience as an underwriting Consumer Loan OfficerCurrent working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including but not limited to RESPA, HMDA, and Fair LendingKnowledge of loan processing/collection software requiredProficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications Obtain and develop Consumer/Real Estate loan portfolioOutstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasksExcellent organizational skillsDemonstrate an independent working attitude within a team framework PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Degree preferred but not required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Constant use of computer screens and reading of reportsAbility to operate a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, photocopier, scanner and facsimileRegularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materialsAbility to lift and/or move and carry 5 pounds Hometown service, statewide strength.
