Our client, a university located in Cambridge, MA, is seeking a part time Production Assistant to join their team through early June. This role will involve making paper copies of materials and helping to run the production queue. This includes tracking the system for completed and ongoing jobs and assisting with bindery to ensure a finished product. During busier times, this candidate may be asked to assist with deliveries on campus. The schedule for this role will be 10am-4pm Monday through Friday, totaling about 27.5 hours a week. It is compensating $24/hour. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration. Job Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills The ability to work well on a team with colleagues. The ability to work well under tight deadlines. Experience working with web-based programs. Adobe Acrobat experience preferred. Copy/print experience is not required, however prior corporate copy/print experience, even on the retail side, is preferred.
