Senior Geotechnical Engineer : Edinburgh Salary: GBP34,000 : GBP44,000 Penguin Recruitment are working with a UK leading, multidisciplinary engineering consultancy in their search for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer in Edinburgh. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to join an expanding geotechnical team, working on a diverse range of projects throughout the inception, design and construction stages. My client is looking for a motivated leader who will collaborate with team members and provide mentorship to support co: workers growth. This Senior Geotechnical Engineer role offers: Excellent starting salary (GBP34,000 : GBP44,000) Regular pay reviews and performance: based bonuses Full support towards chartership Clear career progression Company vehicle Full benefits package (health, pension etc) Main Duties of this Senior Geotechnical Engineer role include: Take on responsibility for a variety of projects for a range of clients Factual and interpretative report writing Ensure projects are completed within financial and time budgets Geotechnical design (foundations, slope stability, retaining walls etc) Developing the geotechnical team and supporting the geoenvironmental team The suitable senior geotechnical engineer should be educated to degree level in geotechnical engineering/civil engineering/engineering geology, have a full UK drivers licence and live local to London. You should have a suitable number of years consultancy experience and be prepared to work towards chartership.
