This Gastro Pub in a busy and vibrant village is seeking a skilled and focused Sous Chef to join their dedicated kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your culinary talents will be recognized and nurtured and where you will work alongside the Head Chef aiming for the highest quality and excellence making your food the destination of choice. Key Responsibilities: Aside the Head Chef maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard following the recipes and guidelines provided. Ensure compliance with all food hygiene and safety regulations. Collaborate with other members of the kitchen team to ensure smooth service. Uphold and contribute to the development of our gastro pubs reputation for excellence in food. Contribute to menu planning and development, utilizing the freshest seasonal ingredients. Provide support to other members of the kitchen team as required.
