MUST BE a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes. You’ll be supported every step of the way with proven training, outstanding support, marketing staff, and competitive compensation for your hard work. If this sounds like a good fit, apply now. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria• Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car• Professional in attitude and appearance• Must have or currently pursuing Real Estate Salespersons License• Driven, motivated, and desires professional growth• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails to ensure outstanding customer service Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly About Company: Our Team believes that everyone deserves a professional by their side during a Real Estate transaction.
