What youll be doing: -Management of a kitchen, or team within a kitchen, to ensure tasks are appropriately allocated and team members are fully utilised: -Lead team to use best practice Food Production techniques in line with Aramark standard recipes, systems and brand standards: -Direct and coach team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks, ensuring all training and development needs are met: -Assists with performance monitoring, record keeping, recruitment and development for direct reports: -Determine the food offer to ensure it meets customers' demands and is profitable: -Handle customer complaints: -Ensure complete compliance of team with food safety and health and safety legislation and in line with Aramark standards: -Report any incidents, near misses and health and safety.
