We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Haringey to assist with the appointment of a Repairs Data Analyst, on a 3-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration. Rate of Pay : £24.00 per hour PAYE Responsibilities: Manage and deliver data analysis under the direction of the Head of Repairs. Develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the repairs service and use this to continuously improve services across the service in accordance with the service delivery plan and housing improvement plan. Use a range of project management and data analysis skills to drive transformation, innovation, and service improvement across the housing repairs service. Carry out analysis of customer feedback, insight, performance, and management information, and report to these to HRSMT with detailed findings and recommendations for change. Lead on data analysis reporting to the Head of Repairs with key findings and evidence-based recommendations. Pro-actively review systems and processes to find efficiencies in working practices, and report these to the Head of Repairs. Required Experience: Experience in the use of IT packages, relevant to the post e. g. advanced Excel skills. Experience in social housing and an understanding of a housing repairs service. Experience of dealing effectively and efficiently with customer and client enquiries Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice. You should have right to work in U.
