High School Speech-Language Pathologist: FMLA AnthroMed Education is a local therapy group that provides K-12th grade speech services to schools across the Greater Chicagoland area. Position Overview : High School Speech-Language Pathologist: FMLA We have a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opening with our school partner in Summit, IL! This district is in need of an SLP to cover an FMLA leave through the beginning of May. The SLP joining will be excited to provide direct services to a caseload of High School students. If you are looking for a role that will focus mainly on providing direct services to students, this position is for YOU! The SLP will not be responsible for evaluations, IEP meetings, IEP paperwork, or goal updates in this role. Job Responsibilities: Work full-time, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-2:55 PM. Provide Direct services to High School students. Push into classrooms and pull out students for individual and group therapy. Collect data during meetings with students. Manage a 40-student caseload. SLP will have another full-time SLP within the district accessible for support and collaboration. SLP will have their own office. This SLP will NOT be responsible for evaluations, IEP meetings, IEP paperwork, or goal updates.
