New Job Opportunity - Foreign Patent Prosecution Paralegal: New and exciting job opportunity with our client based out of Washington D.C. Looking to hire an someone who has 4+ years of foreign patent work experience Logistics of the Role: Full Time - Direct Hire Hybrid - 3 days a week on site Compensation is dependent on experience ( Ranging from 65k-85k) Day to Day Activities: Running reports of deadlines to monitor Assisting in the monthly billing process Frequently communicating with the firm’s paralegal, patent agent, and attorney teams Drafting patent correspondence such as Information Disclosure Statements, Preliminary Amendments, Certificates of Correction, and other Patent Office documents and/or Petitions Proofreading issued patents for accuracy Reviewing and processing incoming mail Communicating with clients’ administrative teams Interfacing with foreign counsel regarding foreign patent filings Providing administrative support to attorneys and patent agents as necessary Qualifications: 4+ years of foreign patent experience Patent Experience College degree is highly preferred Experience and proficiency with microsoft office applications is required Powered by JazzHR
