Position: Business Systems Analyst, Sr. Job Site: 120 Holger Way, San Jose, CA 95134 California, United States Wage Range: $197,829- $207,829 per year Job Duties:Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns to the provisioning system. Perform systems management and integration functions in order to define business requirements and systems goals, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations. Analyze or recommend commercially available software by translating business requirements to Salesforce functional and technical designs. Acting as a technical thought leader, maintain a holistic view of all business processes impacting the provisioning system to understand cross-functional impacts with regards to process, workflow, and reporting of provisioning tools. Meet with business leaders, decision makers, and end users to define business requirements, and systems goals. Facilitate discussions among business owners to understand problem statements and gather requirements. Applying technical expertise, execute and drive functional and technical design activities. Work with development and QA teams throughout design, development, and testing activities. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users of the application. Collaborate with the Business Systems Analyst senior team members both in the US and offshore locations to drive the work. Coordinate with offshore Development and QA teams to deliver solutions. Identify the current challenges and issues with Provisioning and Order Management Process and building and delivering a scalable solution. Translate Zscalers Provisioning and entitlement technical concepts into comprehensible language in the Business requirements Document (BRD) for business stakeholders. Effectively prepare Business Processes, Process Flow Analysis, Requirements Definition, Data Models and Detailed Functional Design Document the solution design with specific business and technical details. Recommend Salesforce best practice solutions. Acting as an expert-level member, lead, own, and deliver provisioning and order management process in Salesforce and internal provisioning platforms. Work collaboratively and closely with Salesforce Business Analysts, Onshore and Offshore Developers during the execution phase. Analyze areas of risk and develop plans to minimize it. Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with respective teams to resolve operational issues and challenges. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States. Telecommuting is permitted. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field followed by 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a systems analyst-related occupation. Special Requirements: Position requires at least 6 years of experience in each of the following skills:1) Translate business requirements to Salesforce functional and technical design. Deep process understanding of Order and provisioning process for SaaS. Responsible for the design and documentation of cross-functional and global solutions, drawing on functional expertise of functional and technical team members or vendors. 2) System Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation and Documentation experience for software projects on Salesforce platform. Effectively prepare Business Processes, Process Flow Analysis, Requirements Definition, Data Models and Detailed Functional Design. 3) Functional knowledge of Order Management Process and Order Orchestration process and Commerce gateway.4) New product Introduction Process for SaaS SKUs. Communicate to key stakeholders NPI capabilities and best practices and limitations. 5) End to End ERP knowledge on Quote to Order Process. Provide technical leadership in driving projects end to end. 6) Work in Agile environment and perform the role of a product owner for order management and provisioning process.
