The Role As HSS Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Make UK client sites across the North West region, providing a consultative advice and training in relation to HSS. All our HSS Consultants are home-based, provided with IT Equipment to set-up your workspace at home, where you will support your clients by telephone, email, teams/zoom, webinar, seminar and in person. With this role, there is an expectation to travel to client sites within the NW Region for up to 14 days per calendar month to provided face-to-face consultancy, training and service. For this travel, a car allowance is provided as part of the overall package to the role. Role Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of Make UK clients across a selected geographical area Manchester, Liverpool, Cheshire, Leeds and surrounding areas Provide accurate and timely advice to membership clients Delivery commercial HSS contracted consultancy days in line with customer requirements With the sales team, identify and win new membership and commercial consultancy opportunities. Working with business development to scope customer requirements. Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction Assist the Head of Consultancy in identifying associates where help is required.
