Our client, who are Poole based are now looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to head a small team of engineers to ensure that processes and techniques achieve the highest standards. As Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for actively supporting the day-to-day delivery of work, first-line resolution of problems and mentoring the team to ensure that delivery requirements are met.
