Tech Business Operations Program Manager Job DescriptionResponsibilities: Manage Client Tech workforce regular reporting for core KPIs. Collaborate with HR and Recruiting partners to ensure a “single source of truth” for Tech workforce data. Provide workforce projections, benchmarking analysis and other workforce information for tech as needed. Manage Client Tech budget tracking via regular reporting and manage budget operations and Tech contractors through partnership with Finance, Accounting and Procurement teams. Provide program management for Tech workforce and engagement initiatives, such as the employee recognition program. Provide operational support for operational projects for the CTO and his directs as needed. Ability to travel to Boston (to Client’s hub in Cambridge- BOS) for a few trips in March-May and October/ November Qualifications: 4+ years of program or project management experience Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work seamlessly with a variety of personalities and functional disciplines. Ability to build relationships with cross-functional colleagues. Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success. Experience and comfort around using quantitative data and metrics to communicate ideas. Strong proficiency in excel. Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal); can succinctly and clearly communicate and are able to produce documents and presentations that are ready for leadership review.
