Our client has fantastic offices with great facilities including free parking, Costa Coffee on-site and a lovely subsidised restaurant that has just all been re-furbished. Very flexible working pattern available – we will support anyone wanting to work between 30 – 40 hours per week. The role is working 3 days a week on-site at their Farnborough offices and 2 days remotely per week. Summary of the role The IT Service Delivery Team Administrator is responsible for the provision of administrative support to the UK IT Department. The IT Service Delivery Team Administrator provides support and coordination of procurement and asset management to the local IT department as well as communication and assistance to the end-user community. Key Responsibilities: Provide overall administrative support to the UK IT department including IT Executive support. Manage procurement activities for IT in the UK. Raise purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage invoicing. Manage elements of the mobile telecommunications vendor relationship and associated procurement and issue and return of mobile devices.
