DIRECTOR OF SALES – HOSPITALITYWe have been retained by an exciting client to find them a Director of Sales & Marketing for the Bahrain market What are we looking for A real dynamo, currently holding a similar job role in a high-profile restaurant group or luxury hotel brand – Head of Sales or Sales Director will also be considered Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar related field5-8 years tangible experience in sales Strong experience in team management Must be very on trend and have great contacts Strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills Must have good understanding of traditional and non-traditional marketing Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and guest facing skills Knowledge on data analysis and report writing. Ability to work under pressure and maintain team moral Ability to recognize works done by their team and promote positive open thinking environment.
