Care Operations Manager, Clinical Operations Manager, Registered Care Manager, Care Home Manager Care Operations Manager Location: Leatherhead, Surrey Hybrid Salary: Circa £40k + Excellent Benefits Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week The Client: Our client, a leading charitable organisation in the health and social care sector, specialises in personal care services, including washing, dressing, and operates a Day Unit for early-onset dementia. The Role: As a Care Operations Manager, you will lead the team of Senior Service Managers and work closely with HR to identify recruitment requirements. Responsibilities: Allocate resources effectively within the organisation. Ensure adequate cover for the out-of-hours service. Work with the Head of Care Operations for compliance and safe practices. Establish effective communication with operations, training, compliance, and contracts teams. Provide supervision, coaching, and guidance to line management and care staff. Attend networking events to promote services. Collaborate with Fundraising, Marketing, and Communications for fundraising direction. Review Service Development Plan for overall compliance. Deputise in the absence of the Head of Care Operations. Requirements: Previously worked as a Care Operations Manager or in a similar role. NVQ 5 in Leadership / Management in Health & Social Care or equivalent. Prior management experience. Experience in creating and auditing of risk backssments and care plans. Knowledge of learning disabilities, autism, and dementia strategies, Background in designing and writing reports for prompt information sharing. Understanding of safeguarding protocols with experience addressing related concerns. Skilled in IT, including Microsoft Office. Senior Leadership qualification in Health & Social Care desirable.
