You'll provide effective leadership to a team of specialists, evaluating a caseload that covers a full range of developments and complex schemes. You'll provide high: level, expert professional and technical advice to colleagues, partner agencies and managers, acting as a source of guidance and expertise. Through managing specialist or technical backssments and activities, you'll successfully deliver the Building Control function throughout the Council's jurisdiction, ensuring buildings comply with health, safety, sustainability, energy, conservation, accessibility, and design standards.
