The Kitchen Manager Role: Delivering the highest quality food from prep to serve, while meeting very high standards. Training and coaching of the kitchen team. Managing the daily food production for multiple sites. Keeping the operational costs within the budgets. Driving and ensuring the whole team has the highest food safety standards.
