Job Title: Sales Development Representative Salary: OTE A GBP 45,000pa Location: London About the company: We are working with a new client that has a competitive saas platform used for workforce management in the hospitality sector. Their range of products covers shift management, employee engagement, staff rostering, HR and recruitment. With a huge international workforce and decades of experience in the industry, they are a leader in what they do and can therefore offer security and progression for the right sales development representative. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic hospitality manager that wants to get into sales. You should have enthusiasm, resilience, tenacity and great understanding of the sector. You will be making calls to your former peers to get meetings booked in for the sales managers and being the initial introduction to the business. As you are in a sales environment you will get he chance to make commission on top of your A GBP 28,000pa salary, taking you up to up to A GBP 43,000pa, as well as the chance to progress to a full business development manager role where you will go to the meetings and close the deals.
