The position We are seeking a highly motivated and detail: oriented Field Based Clinical Quality Specialist to join our team. As a Field: Based Clinical Quality Specialist you will be responsible for backssing and improving clinical quality across the trial portfolio, working to implement best practices and ensure compliance to GCP under the supervision of Clinical Operations Excellence Manager : You use innovation, and initiative when analysing, prioritising, planning, and performing tasks either assigned by management or self: initiated.Collect and analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring corrective actions.Participate in the development and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to quality assurance.Develop and implement action plans to address quality deficiencies and track progress.Collaborate with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and wider CDC teams to address and resolve quality: related findings. Qualifications : Educated to degree level in life sciences or equivalent. : GCP training attended and certificated: Proven experience in clinical research to Senior/Executive Clinical Research Associate or Project/Trial Manager level: Experience of training or coaching employees (desirable): Experience of quality assurance/auditing (desirable) About the department Our Clinical Development Centres (CDCs), part of the Clinical, Medical and Regulatory Departments, are the backbone in clinical trials and have the benefits.
