An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for dedicated Anaesthetics Theatre Practitioner/ODP to work in an outstanding private hospital based in the Marylebone, London area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers This is a renowned private hospital in the heart of London, dedicated to providing world-class medical services with a commitment to patient care and well-being To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse or an ODP with a current active NMC/HCPC registration As an Anaesthetics Theatre Practitioner/ODP your key responsibilities include: Prepare and assist with the administration of anaesthesia Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond to any changes during surgery Prepare the operating room and equipment for surgical procedures Maintain a sterile field and ensure infection control protocols are followed Assist the surgical team with positioning and draping the patient Provide post-operative care and support to patients as they recover from anaesthesia Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: One year of experience in a UK theatre setting, with knowledge of various surgical specialties Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality patient care The successful Anaesthetic Theatre Practitioner/ODP will receive an excellent salary of £38,000 - £41,535 per annum.
