We have a great opportunity to work for a family-run label printing company near Harrisburg, PA. This role will provide autonomy and a flexible schedule on 1st shift. Key points for this role: 1. Mark Andy 2200 experience is a must. 2. Good attitude and ability to work well with others. 3. Be capable of working independently. The operator will mix their own inks, mount their own plates and order their own paper. Running the press is looked at as if you're running your own business. 4. Mechanical aptitude and ability to do roughly 3-4 short runs per day. Benefits kick in after 30 days of employment. Company offers medical, vision, dental, 401k. Pay DOE and all employees are eligible for quarterly bonus program (80% cash bonus, 20% goes into year-end profit share).
