Here at Home Group, we are seeking a seasoned finance professional to take on the role of Head of FP&A. As the cornerstone of our financial strategy and with a flair for interpreting data, you’ll anticipate future trends, provide strategic insights, and create a compelling narrative that guides the organisation in positive decision making. Typical day as our Head of FP&A Business planning and medium-term forecasting. As a senior leader you’ll provide bespoke support to members of the business’s Executive and Senior Management Teams. Appraisal of development schemes and business opportunities. Preparing financial reports, informing performance of the Groups subsidiary companies and joint ventures. Experience of critically analysing, reconciling, and interpreting financial information, with excellent communication/presentation skills. Ability to quickly analyse information and challenge assumptions. Excellent people management skills, able to inspire, influence and embed a motivating performance culture. A strong technical accounting and modelling/appraisal background.
