Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting Female Community Support Workers to provide high quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs in the community of Lancashire. Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting Female Community Support Workers to provide high quality care and support for individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs in the community of Lancashire. Hourly Rates: £14.50 - £20.75ph Ltd with sleep in payments additional. Hours: Full Time - cannot accept part time applicants Must be flexible for days and sleep in shifts. The successful applicant will work closely with the families in planning and developing a tailored support plan for each individual. Daily Responsibilities Include: Supporting with independent living cooking, cleaning, personal care, washing, ironing, paying bills, shopping. Support with appointments in line with health and housing. Support with Medication. Support with accessing community to participate in actives and education. Person Specification: The successful applicant must have recent employed experience within Learning Disabilities or Mental Health. The applicant must be prepared to support where required personal care with dignity and privacy. The applicant must be a car driver with full UK driving license.
