Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of landscapers to ensure seamless project execution. Actively participate in hands-on landscaping activities, contributing to the transformation of domestic gardens. Uphold the company's commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements: Proven experience in hard landscaping, encompassing groundworks, paving, brickwork, fencing, general hard landscaping and soft landscaping. Impeccable standards of workmanship and keen attention to detail. Well-presented, adhering to company uniform standards. Punctual and trustworthy to meet tight project schedules. Person specification Experience:7-8 years in hands-on landscaping Leadership: Proven team management skills in a landscaping environment. Project Management: Successful oversight of large-scale landscape projects. Technical Skills: Ability to read and review landscape drawings.
