Building Maintenance Engineer Location: Devon area Salary: A GBP 38,000 : A GBP 42,000 per annum (Depending on experience and qualifications) Our clients are looking for a general fabric building maintenance engineer to join their team. The Role Work requirements involve reactive and planned project works, it would be useful if the candidate has general handyman/maintenance capabilities for fabric building maintenance. The role will involve travel as the client base requires and there is a requirement for some out of hours and weekend works (Rota based).
