The Role: They are seeking a strong, structured brand manager with specific experience of building a Quick Service Restaurant brand from the ground up. Applications are invited only from individuals with a track record of building a UK QSR restaurant brand. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in: Identifying prime locations for successful quick-service restaurants. Structuring and setting up each restaurant according to a blueprint. Collaborating with delivery platforms like Deliveroo and Just Eat. Overseeing central kitchen operations. Developing and implementing standard operating procedures. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and HACCP guidelines. Managing recruitment and staff training processes. Ongoing management and supervision of the business operations.
