Working closely with the General Manager the Trainee Sales Engineer / Junior Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic evolution, exploring new business frontiers, and devising innovative routes to market. Your role will entail achieving monthly sales targets, building repeat customer relationships, and focusing on the short and medium-term strategic direction of the business. To qualify. You could be a Trainee Sales Engineer / Junior Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / Graduate Sales Executive / Business Development Executive or similar with a CV that demonstrates: You are proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take the initiative in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. You are looking to build a long-term career. You are customer-centric with the ability to understand and address customer needs, providing effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. A willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and quickly learn about new products and technologies. The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to achieve common goals.
