Reporting into the Commercial Director (Apprenticeships), you will play a pivotal role in growing our apprenticeships business across your portfolio of enterprise clients. What you’ll do: Working with the Commercial Director and sales leadership, you’ll develop and execute a strategy and account plans to grow our apprenticeships offering within a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts; Develop your accounts by leveraging existing contacts and relationships to engage new senior stakeholders, building a pipeline of opportunities across a set of our Fortune 500 / FTSE 250 clients Engage with senior decision makers to understand their requirements and demonstrate how we can support them through suitable and impactful, programmes and solutions; Create impactful proposals and deliver pitches to senior executives focused on ROI and value Own the relationships and programmes we are delivering to ensure we retain, renew and grow those relationships Closely collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure a coordinated approach to developing and servicing your accounts as well as ensuring we are consistently demonstrating value, identifying new opportunities; and building strong long lasting relationships with stakeholders Work together with delivery, coordinators and faculty teams to create and launch programmes.
