The successful Principal Geotechnical Engineer will join the Exeter branch, where you will work alongside a team of highly skilled geotechnical/geoenvironmental engineers on some of the UKs most innovative projects. This Principal Geotechnical Engineer role offers: Fantastic starting salary (GBP38:48,000) Full benefits package (car, pension and health benefits) Full professional support towards chartership Regular pay reviews and performance: based bonuses Opportunity to work on a wide range of innovative projects across a variety of sectors Clear career progression routes Flexible working Main duties of this Principal Geotechnical Engineer role include: Take on responsibility for a variety of projects for a range of clients Writing and reviewing factual and interpretative reports Ensure projects are completed within financial and time budgets Developing the geotechnical team and supporting the geoenvironmental team Mentoring junior engineers Providing technical assistance where necessary The suitable senior geotechnical engineer should be educated to degree level in geotechnical engineering/civil engineering/engineering geology, have a full UK drivers licence and live local to Exeter. You should have a suitable number of years consultancy experience, be chartered or be prepared to work towards chartership.
