Requirements:10+ years of experience as a Litigation Attorney, with a focus on renewables projects.Portable book of business.Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing of the Bar. Skills:Robust experience in renewables projects, including wind, solar, hydroelectric, and fuel cell facilities.Knowledge of smart grid and energy storage, energy efficiency, and demand-side management preferred.Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
