Education and Certifications:Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing of the Bar. Skills:Robust experience in renewables, particularly in facilities operations and power purchase agreements.Knowledge of wind, solar, hydroelectric, and fuel cell facilities.Familiarity with smart grid technology, energy storage, and energy efficiency.Strong litigation skills, including negotiation and courtroom experience.Excellent legal research and writing abilities.Communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
