Initial 12 month contract GBP150/day Work from home The role of the Business Advisor sits within the Hub, which is a part of the Customer Experience Team at Start: Up Loans (SUL) : a subsidiary of the British Business Bank. The Hub is a target: driven team that work directly with Start Up Loans Applicants to providebusiness support and backss loan applications. Essential Knowledge and experience: Experience of working to targets Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and is efficient at gathering relevant information. Ability to work effectively, independently, and within a collaborative team: orientated environment, using sound judgement in decision making Strong customer focus, understanding and has experience in delivering high standards of customer service Has confidence in discussing finances and challenging unrealistic information.
