Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for both full-time and part-time positions as Warehouse Assistants. As a crucial member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, handling outgoing orders and maintaining meticulous stock control. Responsibilities: • Labelling and preparing stock for shipment• Implementing and maintaining high standards of stock management and organisation in the warehouse• Efficiently preparing, packing and dispatching online orders for both B2C and B2B customers• Handling incoming goods and maintaining accurate inventory records• Providing exceptional customer service by assisting with online inquiries and resolving issues promptly• Contributing to general office and warehouse duties to uphold operational excellence What we are looking for We're looking for individuals who embody our company values and are eager to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
